𝔉ɪʀꜱᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ 𝔄ᴛʟᴀɴᴛɪᴄ; ꜰɪʀꜱᴛ ᴛᴏ ꜱɪɴᴋ ɪɴ ɪᴛ.. ♚ Welcome to '𝔅ʀɪᴛɪꜱʜ & 𝔄ᴍᴇʀɪᴄᴀɴ 𝔖ᴛᴇᴀᴍ 𝔑ᴀᴠɪɢᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ℭᴏᴍᴘᴀɴʏ' Formed in 1838, B&A began the first-ever Atlantic steamship service with a dinky ferry. Two of the largest steamships in the world followed, the '𝔅ʀɪᴛɪꜱʜ 𝔔ᴜᴇᴇɴ' and '𝔓ʀᴇꜱɪᴅᴇɴᴛ'. Dominating the Atlantic for barely three years, the '𝔓ʀᴇꜱɪᴅᴇɴᴛ' vanished and the company collapsed in on itself; being only saved by American investors. Split into equal parts between an American company and a British firm, that was clinging on for dear life, the company slowly rehabilitated itself.
