Description
Ibero Americae is a community set in the late period of the Victorian Era on the South American Theatre, with the objective of portraying the Paraguayan War (Triple Alliance War) After the Uruguayan Civil War ends, Paraguay sees a moment to expand as the main powers of South America rest from the Blanco Unrest; first launching on a attack on Brazil's province of Mato Grosso now leads into a full on War in the Pampas.
