ScD | Scientific Department ══════════════════════════════════ The purpose of the Scientific Department here at Area-14 is to conduct research and understand to the best of the ability all of the strange and interesting things that go on within the various SCPs located here. The Scientific Department is also responsible for medical research and ensuring that SCPs are properly contained and maintained. Area-14 is also the cornerstone facility for scientific education and houses the sub-regional stewardship program for incoming researchers that have lots of previous experience with research and/or have encountered or researched anomalous activity before joining the Foundation. ══════════════════════════════════ Established: December 21st, 2023
