Fre ya in Norse mythology was a Goddess associated with beauty love f-e r tili ty ity and gold. she possesses the necklace brisingamen and the cloak of falcon feathers valshamr. Freyja rules over her heavenly afterlife field Fólkvangr and receives half of those that die in battle, the other half go to the god Odin's hall, Valhalla. Within Fólkvangr is her hall, Sessrúmnir.
