Description
The Empire of Foris. The idea of an outside empire not exactly like Rome but with similar values. However instead of fully embracing the Roman culture they accepted some barbaric cultures and thus believed that the rest of the world was more important than just one empire. So this newly formed empire of the people outside of Rome is dedicated on creating a safe atmosphere for all outsiders. But even that comes with it's enemies.
