🐎HÄST ⭐"" 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 The regiment has its origins in the Finnish light dragoon corps, in Finland. In 1772 the corps was expanded with two squadrons from the Hussar regiment, raised to the guard and then named the Light Dragoons of the Life Guard (also called the Light Dragoon Corps of the King's Life and House Troops.) It was located partly in Stockholm In 1777, the regiment was assembled in its entirety in Sweden and stationed in Stockholm, Södertälje, Enköping and Sigtuna. In 1811 they moved into new barracks in Stockholm on Storgatan where they stayed until 1897 when they moved to the newly built barracks at Sturevägen (today Lidingövägen) then a squadron from the Crow 𝐄𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 Conscription
