Research, Experimentation, & Exploration Foundation The R.E.E.F. is a clandestine joint operation between the National Science Foundation and National Institutes of Health, authorized and funded by U.S. Strategic Command to act as a contingency in the event of national (or related) disaster. The foundation is dedicated to continuously seek and achieve the bleeding edge of science & technology, with a particular focus towards chemical, biological, radioactive, and nuclear fields. It's headquartered in a mountain range of Antarctica due to its isolation and preservative properties. All further information necessitates a staff clearance.
