Formed in 1987 by Pat Cravens, a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit-Corporation. Known as the Saint Louis Steam Train Association, typically referred to as the SLSTA, handles the Operation of the Frisco T-54 4-8-2 "Mountain" type 1522.
