Description
The Shinobi were a group of skilled individuals dressed in loose clothing that took on stealthy tasks. These individuals are at the top of their league in parkour, combat, and stealth. The Shinobi did not follow anyone's authority outside of their division. They stayed completely silent and answered no questions. They had special privileges that others of their rank may not be able to gain, however, they followed Date law.
