Description
The Friends Of The 261 is a non-profit group founded in 1993 to restore, maintain, and operate Milwaukee Road S-3 4-8-4 #261. The Friends are based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota and operate regular excursions throughout the upper Midwest. The group also owns Milwaukee Road E9A 32 as well as a fleet of passenger cars. This group is OPS only, and we are not currently hiring.
