Description
Henry Ford was a pioneer in workers' rights. The assembly line helped the workforce, he introduced a lower hour week than the standard/norm, and he even attempted to give all his employees large wage increases because he valued keeping his workers happy enough to keep production up. The Dodge Brothers destroyed the American workforce. Ford began paying its employees more, offered to cover the costs of mechanics classes for its employees, and increased their vacation time. Dodge sued Ford, stating that the only purpose of a corporation is to increase shareholder value, and they won the lawsuit. That set the precedent for the American workforce and it’s still the way businesses operate today. Ford is truly an American hero, and it’s no mystery why the American (ran by the Pro-Israel Lobby) educational system started to slander him and paint him as an evil Baron.
