Description
Along with the creation of the Santa Hermandad, a permanent council was also created, called the Consejo de la Hermandad, to which belonged one attorney for each of the provinces (with all the provinces being eight in total), which could change, and four immovable positions appointed by the kings: president, treasurer or accountant, provisor and captain general.
