Description
The Shadow Council was a militaristic council consisting of delegations from remnants of the Galactic Empire during the New Republic Era. Members of the Shadow Council secretly coordinated their individual efforts to subvert the New Republic while they maintained an illusion as unorganized remnant warlords to conceal their true strength. The Shadow Council are members of the Empire who remained loyal to the Galactic Empire after the end of the Galactic Civil War. Only the most important and loyal Imperials are part of this. "Long live the Empire."
