“Viva íles Leapoldine! Viva la Belgique!” Synopsis: Leapold 2nd of Belgium has purchased the Philippine islands from the Spanish empire. After Isabella 2nd of Spain abdicated, the Belgian government set up a colonial government within the region, establishing the Leapoldine Islands under Belgian rule.
