Description
The Conscripts are a human Combine unit and an undercover Resistance faction cut from Half-Life # They were to be the remains of the former Earth forces requisitioned and unwillingly reincorporated (according to the definition of Conscription) into the Combine units as low rank human Combine soldiers, apparently even lower than the Civil Protection. Conscripts were to be headed by the cut character Captain Vance. Despite being ultimately cut from the game, Overwatch announcements and in-game references to them still appear, apparently as leftovers. And We are Undercover working for the Resistance (Note: you can use this group as a Fraction in “City 17.”)
