MILLIONS MUST MEOW SAILOR REPUBLIC OF MAOBAN The word 'Maoban' derives from the Kingdom of Maoban; a breakaway state of what used to be the Jxkkist Empire. It is widely believed that the cause of how the flag looks is the name of the country, as 'Mao' in chinese, means cat. The Sailor Republic of Maoban was established as an independent country on the island of Keinoya after the SRM "Seagull" of what used to be the Kingdom of Maoban, landed on said island. The crew of the ship quickly established dominance over the natives after the Keinoi Massacre. The SRM is also widely known for it's supply/food transportation services and the citizenry's appreciation of freedom.
