The Solution: H.E.A.T. is a multi-jurisdictional task force specifically-designed to combat aggressive traffic across Oreford. How to get into H.E.A.T.? H.E.A.T. will host trainings for troopers in OSP, passing the training will allow you to join H.E.A.T.
