The JGSDF was established in 1954 and is responsible for maintaining national security and conducting various operations on land, including disaster relief, C-T, and peacekeeping missions. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ⚔️ 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 ⚔️ The JGSDF is primarily focused on defending Japan's territory from external threats, particularly those from neighboring North Korea and China. In recent years, the JGSDF has also been involved in various international peacekeeping operations, including in Iraq, South Sudan, and the Golan Heights.
