RANKS: Agent — New recruits learning the basics. Regimental Trained Agent — Completed basic training. Veteran Agent — Experienced members who assist others. Regimental Officer — Leads squads and assists with training. Regimental Training Commander — Oversees training and evaluations. Midterm Commander — Leads larger operations and coordinates officers. Veteran Commander — Senior leader responsible for major operations and strategy. Commander — Highest regimental authority; oversees the entire regiment. Promotions are earned through skill, discipline, activity, teamwork, leadership, and dedication—not simply given. ⚔️ TRAIN • ORGANIZE • FIGHT • LEAD ⚔️ The first Alliance was crushed after a fierce conflict with the Bacons, leaving its ranks scattered and its command broken. Now we are rebuilding the alliance!
