Description
“Strength in the Shell” During Edward’s voyage, the vessel bearing the Rathlin household was blown off course and wrecked upon the shores of Albory Isle. After making contact with Imperial settlers on the mainland, the first Lord Rathlin bent the knee to Edward, newly crowned King of the River, and converted to the River Pantheon alongside his liege. In return, he was granted the land upon which his ship had foundered, where he raised Rathfort. From this stronghold, his descendants oversaw anti-piracy efforts, fostered regional trade, and cultivated sea snails for the production of Tyrian purple dye.
