Tasked with maintaining alliances, negotiating treaties, and projecting imperial influence abroad, it acts as the voice of Apollyon beyond its borders. The Ministry oversees embassies, envoys, cultural missions, and intelligence-linked diplomatic channels. It also serves as the Empire’s central Recruitment Office, coordinating the selection of foreign specialists, dignitaries, and exceptional individuals worthy of imperial service.
