Once verified, you'll be able to apply for a unit with their distinct components, the one you'll want to keep an eye out for is the 366th Tactical Fighter Wing. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 366TFW / Fighter-Bombers The 366th Tactical Fighter Wing, nicknamed "The Gunfighters," was activated in 1953. The wing was stationed under the National Guard prior to its involvement in the Vietnam War. Between 1966 and 1968, the wing played an advanced role in the Vietnam War. They were notably involved in: • Operation Rolling Thunder , intercepting North Vietnamese MiGs using hit-and-run tactics against strategic bombers, while also bombarding strongholds of the Viet Cong & PAVN in support of ground units. The wing's efforts during this time showcased their readiness and reliability in combating enemy aircraft, radar & anti-air installations.
