Description
The Department of Anomalous Affairs is a classified federal agency responsible for the identification, acquisition, containment, study, and suppression of anomalous phenomena deemed threats to national security, public safety, or governmental stability. Operating through BLACKRIDGE COMPLEX and a network of restricted facilities, the Department maintains jurisdiction over biological, extradimensional, artificial, and otherwise unexplained phenomena beyond conventional understanding. What the public never learns, the Department manages. What the world cannot explain, the Department contains.
