Description
The republic of the frozen wastes! Home of the Grand Penguin Army, and also home of some nutjobs who have built a nation in Antarctica, particularly on the coast. We have some cities in the ice, too, but they're still not too far from the coast. We have a Premier, a Congress(Politburo is a council with life terms that serve as members of Congress and the Premier's advisors.), and a Court of the Republic. We also have the Antarctic Guard.
