Central Templars [死ぬまで] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Is a collective group of individual delinquents within Hokkaido, Otaru back in 1980s. Values the tribe's tradition, sense of honour, and most of all Loyalty to the banner. **It is composed of different branches within all schools and leaders to deal with a rising threat from neighbouring cities that is looking forward to expand their own faction's turf.** We prioritize our freedom rather than be henchmen to the foreign, what is oppressed, we shall become the liberators and they shall know. Central templars rules beneath them all.----------------------------------------------- Allies and freshmen without proper admission does not represent the faction, furthermore.
