6/6/23-3/6/24 Chicago Ghouls Est . Chicago, 1943 A group of Juveniles decided to start up a club for their high school that was formerly known as 'Project 7' and is now known as the 'Chicago Ghouls' The group was made to be a safe haven for Teenagers and kids from all around. The Juveniles that had started this group hoped for a positive outreach on the School and its members, but since the group was open to many people it began to fill up with Delinquents. The Delinquents took over the crew making it a "gang" forcing people out. The gang runs on Teenagers wanting in on the crime side of Chicago, doing any possible thing to stir up trouble in the city. -- You get a letterman when you are active and become a known member. (You don't get it your first day) "Don't ask stupid questions."
