Following a civil war in the 1910s, the German government was forced into exile in Africa. The Commonwealth was officially founded on Jan. 29th, 1927, and created a universal colonial administration. We do not endorse hate speech or violent acts against certain groups of people. If this rule is violated by a member, they WILL be kicked.
