Once you sign up, you will go through a boot camp, which takes approxamently, one to two hours',*Not that long right?.* After boot camp, their are different ranks. Enlisted Ranks: Private, Private First Class, Lance Corporal, Corporal, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Gunnery Sergeant, Master Sergeant, Master Gunnery Sergeant, First Sergeant, Sergeant Major, Sergeant Major of the Marines. Officer Ranks: Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier General, Major General, Lieutenant General, General (HIGHEST RANK).
