His father, Enzo Louepi ran a street gang and would hold up stores at the start, then eventually when they got bigger they robbed their first bank. In the year 1901, Enzo had officially decided to turn their street gang into an organized crime family. They ran New York in 1927, and Enzo Louepi just found out his goomah was going to have a son. A year later, Enzo was assassinated during a sit down. And his son, Carbonio was just born. 22 years later, Carbonio now runs his father’s family in Chicago. And will continue his legacy there, becoming the most feared and respected family in Chicago, 1949.
