Description
The Red Guard served as an elite security force within the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars in the Star Wars universe. They were tasked with protecting the highest-ranking officials of the Galactic Republic, including the Supreme Chancellor. The Red Guard took orders directly from the Office of the Supreme Chancellor and operated as the Chancellor's personal bodyguards. Dressed in distinctive crimson robes and armed with force pikes, the Red Guard exhibited unwavering loyalty and dedication to their duty. Their primary responsibility was to ensure the safety and security of the Chancellor, accompanying him on official visits and guarding him during public appearances. Their training and discipline made them formidable protectors, and their presence was an iconic symbol of authority within the Republic.
