Their mission encompasses understanding, containing, and protecting humanity from the potential dangers posed by anomalies while conducting ethical research to expand our knowledge. In the 1990's, the world was just calming down after the Cold War and near nuclear armageddon. While in the shadows, the Special Containment Procedures Foundation was in shambles. Countless facilities in Russia where raided after the collapse of the Soviet Union by unknown forces.
