The Konstantin-Mōri Empire, Officially, The Duel Empire of Mōri and Konstantin, is a small state in Japan, officially created in 1854, by one of Russia’s Grand Duke, when Tokugawa opened up by the USA, the Russian Empire decided to send in a Romanov to secure a area inside the Tokugawa, The Grand Duke ended up landing in the Nagi Domain with a bunch of Slavic people with him, they ended up overwhelming the native Japanese Population, but, he did have a marriage with one of the Daimyō’s cousin’s, they officially made a branch of the Romanov Family, the Romanov-Mōri Branch. During the Meiji Restoration, they appealed for a mostly Independent State if Meiji won, which he accepted in 1870, after this, the culture of the empire became a mix between Japanese and Russian Slavic, with minor Ukrainian, Moldavian, Serbian, and Belarusian Cultures Info: Year: 1884 Languages: English, Russian, Japanese (notable Ukrainian and Serbian Languages) Anthem: Edo Lullaby/God Save the Emperor
