What this group is about; Hello, and if your new to the shipping community or you don’t even know what it is, its a roleplaying community! We do roleplays on old oceanliners or just ships in general! We mainly do sinking voyages here, but sometimes we also do crossings! OUR LORE: In 1843, a man named Liam Williams in Central Jersey was fired from his job For a few months after that, he was broke. Then he was hired again for a different job. A few years later in 1847, he gathered enough money to launch the North Eastern Steampacket Company, along with a small ferry called the S.S. Jersey. It wasn’t much, but it was a start. Surprisingly, his company did extremely well. He quit his job and began working on more ships. Tragically, Liam Williams died onboard the P.S. Manasquan. His son, Robert R. Williams (later renamed to Robert R. Roberts) brought back the NESC In 1912, and the rest is history! FOUNDED IN 2023 AS THE NJZASL FOUNDER: Lmbslag15MAIN
