Description
The Central Templars is a unified collective of independent delinquent groups operating throughout Otaru, Hokkaido during the 1980s. The organization upholds long-standing traditions, a strict sense of honor, and above all, unwavering loyalty to its banner. It is structured into multiple branches across various schools, each led by appointed leaders, formed in response to increasing pressure and territorial expansion attempts from neighboring cities and rival factions. The Central Templars value autonomy and self-determination, rejecting subservience to external forces. We stand firmly for our freedom; where oppression exists, we position ourselves as those who resist and liberate. All authority within our territory ultimately falls under the Central Templars’ command.
