Description

-- Government Agency -- The Massachusetts State Police is the law enforcement, vehicle regulation, and highway patrol agency of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It is responsible for dignitary protection, commercial vehicle enforcement, riot control, and other administrative law enforcement duties which are necessary to be performed at the state level. The barracks of troop D-8 are headquartered in the village of Sanford, Massachusetts, in the tri-village area.
