| Secure Contain Protect Foundation | | Department of External Affairs - Outreach & External Review | - The Outreach & External Review is equitant, generally, to that of the typical DEA. OER is charged with embassy of the Foundation, tasked as the representation to foreign forces and interests to present the best people we have to offer. Ranks here are more of positions, ranking in hierarchy of more sacred duties. The typical Ambassador will be the primary representative between this SCP:F and, for example, another GOI. They will be able to assist communications and requests from the GOI, alike hosting raids or joint-trainings/ events. The OER also plans to include a public newspaper monthly for the site and touring of new GOI, Foundation Personnel, and even Class-D. - Department Member Limit: 20 + GOI
