Saint Charleston Private School's backstory dates back to its founding year in 1986. It began as a bold vision of a group of educators and community leaders who recognized the need for a distinguished educational institution that could provide students with a comprehensive and values-based education. In the mid-1980s, the city of Charleston was undergoing a significant period of growth and development. Families seeking high-quality education for their children desired a school that not only offered exceptional academics but also instilled a strong sense of character and moral values. Inspired by the rich history and traditions of Charleston, a group of passionate educators and community members came together to establish Saint Charleston Academy.
