The New California Republic (NCR) emerged victorious against the Enclave, asserting their dominance in California before expanding to the Mojave region. This expansion sparked conflict with the Caesar's Legion, a group mirroring ancient Rome, and the Mojave Chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel, culminating in the destructive battles between the NCR and the Legion. The aftermath leaves a region desperate for direction. It could follow the NCR's nostalgic pre-war order, succumb to the Legion's ambitious conquest, or embrace a new ruler, born of peace or destruction.
