{_The Grey Hand_} #32665678
Description
An elite group of The Chaos Insurgency, known for their lethality in combat, skills, and tactics. They were first spotted during a raid on Area 47, showing outstanding skill and tactics unlike anyone else, striking fear into the foundation's combative units, breaching several SCPs, and eventually forcing them to use the emergency nuclear warhead on-site. - Formed on 7/2/2023
