Description

The CPER of the Eurasian Union was the founding and ruling party of the Eurasian Union. The CPER was the sole governing party of the Eurasian Union to present when the Congress of People's Deputies modified Article 6 of the 1977 Eurasian Constitution, which had previously granted the CPER a monopoly over the government system.
