Toxicity, harassment, and unnecessary drama are not tolerated. 2. Stay active. Major inactivity without notifying leadership may result in removal from the alliance. 3. All members above the Initiate rank may recruit new members. Recruit responsibly. 4. All new members begin as Initiates and will be evaluated before promotion. 5. Only Shōgun, Steel Council, and Iron General may accept members, ban members, manage the alliance, and make leadership decisions. 6. Steel Captains help train members, organize squads, and assist leadership. 7. Loyalty is expected. Do not betray, sabotage, or intentionally harm Kurogane. 8. No cheating, exploiting, or behavior that puts the alliance at risk. 9. Promotions are earned through activity, loyalty, skill, and contribution. 10. Represent Kurogane with honor.
