🌿 The Duchy of Kürstenburg is a moderately sized ducal state situated on the southwest coast of the Hilden Confederation. Believing in the ideologies of traditionalism and military culture, they have refused to reform their army in over a century, still using uniforms and rank distinctions from the age of muskets and blackpowder. The one thing they have modernized is their weaponry, learning the hard way that their cherished 'Alter Treuer' Muskets from past wars don't work very well in the modern field of battle, so they made the hard decision to swap to the 'Standard Issue Rifle' that most professional armies use today.
