It seems like all hope is lost until a team of miners stumbles upon a large cave full of weird smells. When further investigation was issued, it was found out that new gasses, minerals, and creatures were discovered in the mines. These bugs, gasses, and minerals could potentially be used to create a cure for the virus, thus creating Talon Facility. It is up to you to either Serve, Manage, or Protect the facility at your best capability before the virus infects the rest of the world. You can use samples from the caves and than use them on subjects to see if it either [----] them or creates a proper cure. Or, raid the facility because of its suspicious activities.
