Considered to have a leadership of some kind, these individuals are skilled into using the objects to their advantage when it comes to their objectives of releasing these anomalies. The GOC finds this group as a threatening group but extremely hostile towards the Instillation. 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 Some individuals may be hand selected through those who are looking to join Serpent’s Hand. Or attend an Observation Event within the Serpent’s Hand Communication Server. Rank Requirement: Class-D+ in main group | Complete understanding of all SCP objects | Skilled in Combat | Secrecy | Loyalty towards SCP Objects | Both independent or teamwork Skills
