The Regional Affairs Office, Is a Department Team of the Blood of Old Valyria GoT Genre, Their main duties is to set up Lords/Ladies Paramount, Lord Vassalization In Westeros, They have the executive Authority to Officialise Houses, Set up a Cadet Branch of a House should the Lord/Lady Request one, Declare Houses Extinct or Allow Custom Houses to be founded. The Regional Office is the Main Department you go to when wanting Officiality. Officiality Wars must be approved by the Office of Regional Affairs as well as the Office of Warfare and Strategic Conquest.
