Description
Civil Twilight is a survivalist faction, based around the ideology that the IA virus is a sign from the universe, telling all of humanity that they will learn to overcome this problem and advance rapidly. CIVIL are a friendly body of people, who prefer to settle things peacefully and spread information about the virus to people all around. Civil Twilight is not affiliated or allied with XVRI, but are neutral. XVRI will often let CIVIL talk with other Facility Personnel and host events for Experimental Personnel. Facility Personnel of XVRI are allowed to be in both XVRI and Civil Twilight.
