FICTIONKIN GROUP! est. 7/23/23 fictionkin often believe that they are/were a fictional character or species either now or in a past life. the multiverse theory is often used to rationalize this, but not always! . . . being fictionkin in itself will not harm anyone and it is often a coping mechanism for mental illnesses, so it tends to be rather helpful instead! many mental health specialists have told fictionkin people firsthand that their beliefs are safe and fine as long as it is not hurting them or other people.
