They apply scouting, espionage, and data extraction tactics to combat the Imperial Garrison. Dimes Hedd hand picks a select few of individuals to even have access to the channel of Storm Intelligence as it is highly confidential and can compromise his beloved cell. Most of it is made up of veterans of Republic Intelligence who had ties with Dimes.
