[WIP] The Republic of Korea Army, commonly known as the South Korean Army, is the ground warfare branch of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Korea. Established on August 15, 1948, following the division of the Korean Peninsula after World War II, the ROK Army plays a vital role in defending South Korea against potential threats and maintaining regional stability. The primary mission of the ROK Army is to safeguard the territorial integrity of South Korea and deter any aggression from North Korea.
