This is the Musket Testing Confederation! This is a normal alliance made for nations of MT [Musket Testing] to come together to discuss important topics. MtC for short. Rules of Entry : You must agree with all the following conformity's. Conformity I : You must be a MT nation. Conformity II : You must have approval of four or more member states to start important votes on topics that relate to the survival of the MT community. Conformity III : This Conformity relates to Conformity I, to be considered a MT nation you must have been related with the MT community for more then half of your groups lifespan. Conformity IIII : This Conformity relates to Conformity I, to be considered a MT nation your largest or second largest rally must have been hosted within MT. If you are a MT nation this Conformity should of not been hard to pass.
